WE SURE HOPE YOU LOVE YOUR ORDER, BUT IF YOU AREN'T COMPLETELY SATISFIED WE CAN HELP!

Returns and exchanges of unworn, unwashed merchandise are gladly accepted within 14 days of the shipping date from the Apricot Lane -St. Cloud website only, and must be in original condition with tags attached and accompanied by the original packing slip.

  • All clearance, jewelry, seasonal, and intimate apparel items are final sale.
  • All returns must be received within 14 days of the shipping date for a full refund.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or give partial refunds based on the condition of the item. 
  • All returns are processed within 2-3 business days. Refunds often take 5-7 business days beyond that to show up on your account (based on bank.)
  • Buyer pays return shipping as well as shipping of the exchange item.
  • We welcome online returns in our store at the Maple Grove, St. Cloud and Mendota Heights locations, only.
From time to time, a damage or flaw in an item gets by us as we inspect our garments. If you experience this, please take a photo of the damage/flaw and email us immediately at maplegrove@shopalb.com we will get back to you within 2 business days.
